After the worldwide air transport crisis of 2002, most African airlines stopped operating. No more aeronautical training was available in the whole West African region.
In response to the existing needs, notably linked to the application of ICAO, IATA and European norms and standards, AIRFAST opened in 2002 to offer a set of aeronautical training courses.

Created by former Air Afrique teachers from ABIDJAN and DAKAR aeronautical training centres, AIRFAST offers initial professional training for students and ongoing professional training for :

• Airline desk staff
  
• Airport assistants
